Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or enters production. If your order is cancelled in time, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel an order once it has already been shipped.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept returns on eligible products. Customers may apply for a return within 14 days of receiving the item. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Contact your bank — there is often processing time before a refund is posted.
